Match report and highlights from the Lancashire match Sat/Sun 4th & 5th March 2006

Looking at the pre match stats Lancashire have a 7 point lead over Kent.  They have won more points than Kent in all groups except Men's B where, currently, they are level. They have a shortfall of players on this occasion and some B players will have to play for the A . This could be to our advantage.

Ladies B

Julie Scott was drawn out first again for her second appearance. Julie lost the 1st leg and won the next 3 legs in a row.

Lisa Behan's opponent was so evenly matched their final averages were exactly the same. The game pivoted on the last leg with a see saw of chances going in Lisa's favour. 3-2

Spookily, Tara Dean and her opponent ended up with a near duplicate final average, they were only 0.02 apart. Tara at 2-0 up had to wait for the 5th leg to seal the win 3-2

Chris Austen found herself 2-0 up, but the 3rd, 4th, & 5th legs were not so favourable.

Emma Little lost 3-1
